Questions founders ask
Can idea-stage founders join?
Yes. You can ask for help, offer what you already know, earn hours and build connections before your company even launches.
How do you keep my business information private?
Your brief goes only to the members we ask. Notes go only to the two of you, and you can ask for a short confidentiality agreement before any session.
What if someone doesn't show up?
Say so on the rating form. The other member has 72 hours to reply. If they don't, 1 hour comes off their balance and nothing comes off yours.
Do I need hours to start?
No. Your first session is free. After that, each hour you give another founder earns you one hour to use.
Is it free?
Swapping hours between founders is free, always. Paid expert sessions are optional, and you always see the price before you book.
How many people see my request?
We send it to up to 3 members who know the field. The first to accept picks one of your times.
What if no one accepts my request?
We send it to up to 3 members first. If no one accepts within a day, we ask more members. If we still can't match you, we email you, and nothing comes off your balance.
How long is a session?
45 minutes on Google Meet. It counts as 1 hour on your balance.
Are sessions recorded?
Only when both members agree. The AI note taker turns the call into a summary and action items for the two of you, and the recording is deleted after.
As an expert, how do I avoid clients who ask for too much?
Every request comes with a brief that fixes the scope, and anything extra is a new request. You decide which requests to accept.
How do I know the session counts?
You both confirm it happened and rate it. Hours move once you both confirm, or after 72 hours if only one of you answers.
Isn't my hour worth more than someone else's?
Here every hour counts the same, because everyone gives and takes. Ratings show who delivers, and members rated below 3.5 are paused.
What if I need to cancel?
Use the cancel button in your booking email at least 12 hours before and nothing is lost. Later than that costs 1 hour.
Do hours expire?
Not during the launch period. We'll give at least a month's notice before any change. Hours end only if you delete your account.
Is this formal legal or financial advice?
No. Sessions are practical guidance from founders who have been through it. For contracts, filings or taxes, always confirm with a licensed professional.
Do you help founders in Saudi Arabia and the UAE?
Yes. We're starting in Egypt and opening to the Gulf. Tell us your country when you join and we'll match you with someone who knows it.
Who sees my WhatsApp number?
Only the member you are booked with, so you can reach each other before the session, and our team. We never share or sell it otherwise.
